ARC Trips Autumn and Winter Retreats: Hiking, Pilates, and Wellness
October Cotswolds Hiking Retreat: Elsewhere
ARC Painswick is a grade II listed 15th-century wool merchant's manor, redefined through architecture firm Parti’s refurbishment and renovations in 2022, which saw a restoration of the property to its ancestral roots. The property is perfect for group stays and retreats, sleeping up to 26 guests. The cosy Cotswolds autumn hiking retreat takes place at ARC Painswick and will leave walkers feeling refreshed, active, and well-socialised.
From 15th-18th October 2026 at ARC Painswick, Elsewhere, a UK-based small-group hiking experience hosts their autumnal retreat. During the 3-night stay, Elsewhere will lead two hikes amongst a cosy catered stay with beautifully prepared meals and snacks, and a glass of wine at dinner.
The Elsewhere-led hikes will take retreat attendees through sections of the Cotswold way and the surrounding countryside which glitter with sweeping valley views, ancient woodland, and glimpses of Cotswoldian limestone architecture throughout. The goal is to create space: space to move, slow down, and reconnect with nature. As the leaves change colour and the weather cools down, the autumn feel will allow for a cosy, wrapped-up retreat.
ARC Painswick is just a 2-hour-20-minute drive from London, or a 1-hour-25-minute train to Stroud and a 10 minute bus from the station to the ARC. From Bristol, the drive is under 1 hour and the train just under 2 hours.
Prices start from £795

Autumn Regulation and Wellbeing Cotswolds Retreat: 360 Pilates and Regulate Wellbeing
CEO and founder of 360 Pilates and co-founder of Regulate Wellbeing have teamed up to curate and host a 3-night pilates and wellness autumn retreat. The long weekend getaway will run from the 5th-8th November 2026 and includes daily pilates classes, sound bath, meditation, breathwork, and mindful walks. The weekend will be fully catered.
Staying in Painswick in the Cotswolds will provide time for rest and reset as guests explore the largest designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) in England whilst turning inwards, searching, and nurturing themselves, too. With journaling workshops, a cacao ceremony, and various other introspective activities, guests will both learn about and partake in wellness based classes.
Autumn in the Cotswolds is a special time, and as we learn to slow down before winter approaches, what better way than with a retreat that will help regulate your mind, body, and soul.

Norfolk Coastal Women's Winter Wellness Retreat: Retreat Me Wellness
At Retreat Me Wellness’ January coastal winter wellness retreat, guests will find a long weekend rooted in both nature and the winter season. The retreat will focus on ideas of quietness and calmness, whilst offering daily gentle yoga, somatic movement, good seasonal food, and time spent with other retreat attendees.
Those attending will engage in the slowness of the season, experiencing the truth of winter rather than trying to avoid its existence and chase spring’s arrival. The retreat will take place on the 8th-11th January 2027 at ARC Next-the-Sea.
Host Jesse trained with True North Vinyasa in 2019, during which her love for dance, yoga, and creative movement deepened, creating her unique style of teaching she offers today. Her goal is to take those in her class on an exploratory and playful journey which will bring them back to the self.
ARC Next-the-Sea takes under 3 hours by car, or a four-hour journey by train, from London.
Prices start from £1,250
