ARC began with a simple realisation: group travel in the UK was rising, yet the places designed to host hadn’t evolved. Traditional country houses offered charm and character, but often came with uneven bedrooms, ageing kitchens and the expected quirks of older buildings. Hotels, meanwhile, lacked the freedom and ease of a private home. ARC was created to bridge that gap.

The ARC Story

Drawing on years of architectural expertise, we set out to reimagine the large-group escape. The result is a new kind of modern country house - purpose-built for how people gather today.
