An outdoor oasis, complete with heated pool.

The manor house sits in the heart of the historic wool town of Painswick – one of the finest and best-preserved Cotswold towns. Situated at the mid-point of the Cotswold Way, it is a rambler’s paradise. The famous Rococo Garden, Painswick Beacon and picturesque villages of Sheepscombe, Edge and Slad are within a few miles.

With its rich history, vibrant village atmosphere and breathtaking countryside – it’s easy to fall in love with Painswick. Visit beautiful gardens, explore lively market towns or ramble to a quaint country pub: there are endless ways to enjoy the Cotswolds.

Arranged around a central courtyard, ARC Painswick has a fundamentally sociable layout with a myriad of spaces for meeting, eating or relaxing. A former 18th century embroidery workshop has been converted into an epic dining room that can seat up to 50 guests, whilst the bar, sunken cinema, heated outdoor pool and firepit ensures the house is ready for any occasion.
