Nestled within the heart of St Issey, a neighbouring hamlet of Padstow’s, you can find our ARC – an 18th Century build restored to its original plan by Parti Architects. In a moving assembly of light, material and space, the interior of ARC Padstow exhibits the honesty and authenticity of the building’s past through the use of exposed Cornish slated walls, original beams, restored historic fireplaces and other raw materials that combine the cottage and the contemporary together. Crafting decadent forms alongside a peaceful, contented spatial ambience, there is something special found within its walls. Something lively, something poetic and something familiar. But really, it's hard to call The Arc of Padstow anything other than a home. A home made just for you. Formerly a listed Manor House, Courthouse and Mill, the building is united together by the characterful garden sat at the heart of the property, rigged with garden rooms, an oval sun lawn, outdoor kitchen and wood-fired hot-tub. Entertaining 24 guests spread across 12 en suite king rooms – fortified by five reception spaces – there is plenty of room to relax, recover, dance and dine.
